Returns
Changed your mind? You have up to 14 days to return your order to us, all we ask is that you send them back in an unused/unwashed condition and in their original packaging with tags attached. Please contact us via email at: info@supnation.co.uk so we can process your return efficiently. Please ensure to print, fill and include a copy of our Returns Form (which will be mailed out) with your returned goods and original receipt.
Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, signed for service, ensuring your items are well packaged, as we cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in transit.

Shipping Information
At Sup Nation Clothing all of our items online are made to order. Our standard delivery times are between 5-7 business days (Monday – Friday not including weekends or bank holidays). During busy periods we may have a small delay of one or two days over this, for any updates please contact us by email: info@supnation.co.uk for a fast response to delivery times. If you have provided a valid email address you will receive an email once your order has been shipped.
All website orders require a signature upon delivery and are sent using a 48 hour tracked & signed service provided by Royal Mail.
UK Shipping Rates.
Standard Delivery on all orders placed using our Standard delivery method are charged at £3.99 for hoody's and £2.99 for caps, tees, vests and beanies. All are shipped via Royal Mail tracked & signed 48hr and will normally be delivered within 5-7 working days, this excludes weekends and bank holidays.
Europe shipping prices are fixed to a flat rate of £12.00 per order including VAT. If any customs or import charges occur these are the responsibility of the recipient, these will be charged at the point of delivery unfortunately we have no control over these charges as all charges will vary depending on the destination selected.
USA shipping prices are fixed to a flat rate of £8.00 per order including VAT. If any customs or import charges occur these are the responsibility of the recipient, these will be charged at the point of delivery unfortunately we have no control over these charges as all charges will vary depending on the destination selected.
Rest of World shipping prices are fixed to a flat rate of £15.00 per order including VAT. If any customs or import charges occur these are the responsibility of the recipient, these will be charged at the point of delivery unfortunately we have no control over these charges as all charges will vary depending on the destination selected.

FAQ's
- How long before I can expect my goods to arrive?
All our items are made to order and will usually be dispatched within 5-7 working days from date of purchase. This does not include weekends or bank holidays.
-Will somebody need to be at my shipping address to sign for my delivery?
Yes, all of our parcels are sent via recorded delivery which require a signature at the provided shipping address. You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched from us. Don’t panic if you receive a dispatch email from us knowing that nobody will be at the address, a card will be left at the address with instructions to either re schedule or collect your parcel in person from the closest depot.
-I live outside the UK, can i purchase Sup Nation Clothing products?
Yes, of course we can ship world wide. Please e mail us at info@supnation.co.uk to confirm cost. Please note shipping costs outside the UK are slightly higher.
-What are the delivery charges?
Standard Delivery on all orders placed using our Standard delivery method are charged at £4.99 for hoody's and caps, £3.99 for tees, vests and beanies. All are shipped via Royal Mail tracked & signed 48hr and will normally be delivered within 5-7 working days, this excludes weekends and bank holidays.
All orders over £100.00 shipping is FREE, just select the option in the checkout. For the EU and USA is charged at a flat rate of £12.00 and rest of the world at £15.00
-I bought the incorrect size, can i exchange my items?
Yes, of course! We all make mistakes, and we are always here to help- But please follow the simple steps as stated in our returns section.
-I have some nice pictures i think you may like, can i send them in?
YES PLEASE! We are super excited to see any pictures from you guys featuring our clothing and where in the world you have been wearing our items. Please send them to our team, you never know, they may even end up featured on our social feeds.

All our items are made to order and will usually be dispatched within 5-7 working days from date of purchase. This does not include weekends or bank holidays.
-Will somebody need to be at my shipping address to sign for my delivery?
Yes, all of our parcels are sent via recorded delivery which require a signature at the provided shipping address. You will be notified via email when your order has been dispatched from us. Don’t panic if you receive a dispatch email from us knowing that nobody will be at the address, a card will be left at the address with instructions to either re schedule or collect your parcel in person from the closest depot.
-I live outside the UK, can i purchase Sup Nation Clothing products?
Yes, of course we can ship world wide. Please e mail us at info@supnation.co.uk to confirm cost. Please note shipping costs outside the UK are slightly higher.
